Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals and office visits (within KL and Selangor area)
  • Conduct service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products / services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Driven for sales (commissions could range from RM3000 – RM10,000)
  • Prior experience in Expatriate Services Division (ESD) or Working Permit / Visa are greatest advantage
  • Able to converse in English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with mandarin speaking client)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Must own a car
